PASSATO DI VERDURE

Tuscany vegetables soup is an typical Tuscany plate, specially in winter time.

This dish was a typical in our farm holidays and our peasent families, but we still eat it specially in winter time. We would like to raccomand you to try to make this plate because is part of our Tuscany memory.

clean up and to wash all well the verdure and cut them to pieces that you will put within the pot to pressure with water, oil, the dice and it knows them. You close the pot to pressure and pitto the fire. All' beginning of the sibilo lowered the flame and lsciatela to cook for approximately for 15-20 minuteren. INGREDIENTS for 4-5 persons:
